NO TURN-ONS AFTER BUSINESS HOURS - NO EXCEPTIONS
NOTE: Service Fee Rates apply only if the service call is due to a problem on the customers side of the meter and is not a CCRWC problem. Call-outs after Business Hours that are not a CCRWC problem will be billed to the customer at a rate of $100.00.
EFFECTIVE MAY 14, 2007 - Normal Business Hours are as follows: Monday through Thursday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday - 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
