WATER USERS AGREEMENT

Print and complete each form, sign and bring or fax them to the CCRWC office along with a copy of your drivers license and the appropriate fee. All potential members of the water company must complete this agreement prior to services rendered. Please note this agreement is based on a standard agreement required by the Department of Agriculture, Office of Rural Development.
