Bill Payment

Chesterfield County Rural Water Co., Inc. offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.  Please note that when using the WEB Payment Portal online, please place a dash in the account number (example: 181810-1).

Payment By Mail

If paying by cash, check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon.  To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft

Automatic bank draft is the worry-free way to pay your water bill.  With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account on the 10th of the month or later.  There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment.  In addition, members that sign up for this service receive a one-time $20.00 credit to their water bill just for signing up!  To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Bank Draft Sign-Up Form located in the Forms & Reports Section of this website and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

Payment Drop-off Locations

You may pay your bill in person at our office address using cash, check, money order, or a debit/credit card.  To avoid longer wait times, please note that days close to the 10th of the month, cut-off days, and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. We also have drop boxes located at the following locations:

Chesterfield -Grits and Groceries
Chesterfield - CCRWC Office
Pageland - Curtis Marathon Station
Cheraw - Exxon Station at the Corner of Hwy 9 and West Green Street
Cash Community - Maedonia Church Road at the elevated tank
Ruby - Stevenson Ave.

Please do not put cash payments in the dropboxes.  Please note all drop boxes (except the box at the CCRWC office) are closed the afternoon before and the day of cut-offs.

Over the Phone Payments (IVR)

CCRWC has an automated voice recognition phone system that can take payments 24/7/365.  To make a payment using our automated phone payment system, dial our toll free number at (843) 865-8412.   

e-Billing

You may elect to receive your monthly bill via your email.  This is a free service offered by CCRWC.  In fact, if you sign up for e-billing, you will receive a $25.00 one-time credit toward your water bill just for signing up!  To sign-up, print the ebilling sign-up form located under the Forms and Reports section of this website, complete it and submit it to us for processing.   

Payment Using Your Mobile Device

You may make payments from your Apple or Android mobile device by either utilizing this website or downloading the free CCRWC app from the iTunes or Android stores.  When using the WEB Payment Portal, please place a dash in the account number (example: 181810-1).

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website).  Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill.  Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service.  Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account.  Please consult with your bank for more information.
